A collaborative approach to resolving disputes
Rebecca accepts a limited number of mediation intakes, offering a structured, neutral, and respectful process for parties seeking to resolve disputes without litigation. Holding mediation and negotiation credentials from Harvard Law School and the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University, Rebecca brings rigorous training and over two decades of legal experience to every mediation she conducts.
Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process in which a neutral third party helps the parties reach a mutually acceptable resolution. It is often faster, less costly, and less adversarial than going to court. Rebecca mediates disputes across a range of areas, including:
- Family disputes (separation, parenting, support)
- Civil and commercial disputes
- Workplace and employment matters
- Community and organizational conflicts
- Business partnership and contractual disagreements
Both parties must agree to participate in mediation. If you are interested in exploring mediation as an option, please complete the intake form below. Rebecca will follow up to discuss whether mediation may be appropriate for your situation.
