Since 2003, Rebecca Jaremko Bromwich has provided trustworthy, compassionate, and strategic legal advice to individuals, families, and businesses. A member of the Bars of Ontario, Nunavut, Manitoba, and Alberta, Rebecca brings over two decades of courtroom and advisory experience to her clients, having appeared before both trial and appellate courts.

Rebecca is also an Adjunct Professor in Carleton University's Department of Law and Legal Studies, and the first graduate of Carleton's Ph.D. program in Law and Legal Studies. Her work bridges academia, practice, and policy. She has also taught at the University of Ottawa, the University of Western Ontario, and the University of Cincinnati.

Her professional background includes union-side labour and human rights advocacy as a Labour Relations Officer with the Association of Justice Counsel, policy work for the Law Society of Nunavut, and leadership in equity, diversity, and inclusion as former Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at Gowling WLG. She holds mediation and negotiation credentials from Harvard Law School and the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University.

In her business law practice, Rebecca represents a carefully curated group of clients whose work aligns with her commitments to advancing social justice, economic reconciliation, and gender equality — with a particular focus on Indigenous- and women-led enterprises.

Rebecca also accepts a limited number of mediation intakes, offering a collaborative approach to resolving disputes efficiently and respectfully.

A prolific scholar, Rebecca is the author and co-editor of numerous publications spanning corporate social responsibility, youth justice, feminist theory, and restorative justice, including several books with Demeter Press and Emond Montgomery.

Proud to serve as legal counsel and as a founding board member of the Red Fish Art Society in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut — an organisation supporting Inuit youth (ages 16–30+) through arts, welding, and skilled trades. Recognised in Parliament by Senator D. Patterson and featured in the CBC and Globe and Mail.
